How long before the event should I contact a wedding planner?

I have already worked with several foreign couples so I think that it’s important to clarify ideas and expectations, taking into consideration the budget. After understanding your special needs, I’ll send you a quote for my service. If you decide to confirm my service, I’ll prepare a contract that you will need to agree and sign.

What is included in the ``Contract``?

In my “event planner contract” I explain the main conditions of my service, my responsibilities and payment terms.

Payment Conditions

After confirmation, the clients have to provide an advance payment (50% of the full amount). The final installment has to be made the week before the event. These payments can be made by cash or bank transfer.

What is included in your service?

My service includes the full wedding planning, the styling of the event, research of accommodation for you and your guests, transport and if necessary bureaucratic procedures.

Is it possible to have a civil wedding in Italy?

Yes, I’m able to deal with the bureaucratic procedures of civil weddings in Italy, which depend on your nationality.

Do you always work with the same suppliers?

Not always with the same ones, but I propose to my clients already tried and highly trusted professionals. I usually offer various alternatives for each category of wedding suppliers, obviously according to the given budget and their cost.
